Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are specified per project or product. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets, licensed tools and Motion Peak's pre-existing frameworks.

Liability

Motion Peak Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
