What we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you tell us about your business — whether typed into a form on this site, sent via WhatsApp or Messenger, or submitted through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether our services suit your business.
- To provide and support services you buy from us.
- To measure how our advertising performs, so we spend our budget sensibly.
- To send follow-up messages about our services where you have asked us to, or where you are an existing client and the message relates to something similar to what you already bought.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for marketing messages), performance of a contract (for delivering work you have bought), and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the business.
Advertising and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about pages you view and actions you take, which lets us measure our ads and show them to relevant people. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes those details to us — Meta's own handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM and messaging platform, our website host, and our email provider — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records relating to paid work are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
